What services do you provide to guests?
The short answer is: all the important things to make your stay a comfortable one. You’ll always find the place clean and tidy, with fresh, high quality linen, fluffy towels, and boutique toiletries.
We're always available at the end of a phone while you’re in town, just like a hotel. If there’s anything extra, a maid service, bedding, or you get locked out, just give us a call.

What is included in the price?

How often are the apartments serviced?
A weekly maid and fresh linen/towel service is included in the price. However additional maid services can be booked (charges apply).

What time is check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day, check-out time is 12.00pm. Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check outs are sometimes possible, and charges may apply.

Is there a minimum length of stay?
There is no minimum length of stay in our apartments.

How do I make a reservation?
Reserving an apartment couldn’t be easier. This can be done on this website by viewing our apartments and checking availability. Alternatively, you can contact our reservations team on +381 (0)64 336 5035 or

How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card: VISA, Mastercard and American Express will all do nicely. You can also pay by bank transfer if the amount of time between booking and check-in is at least 7 days, or you can pay in cash on arrival.

Do you provide beds, cribs, highchairs?
Absolutely, but please do let us know in advance. Please note that there is no charge involved with supplying these kind of items.

What if I have pets?
As a general rule, we do not allow pets. However, we do set aside a couple of apartments for those guests wishing to bring a dog. These apartments are subject to availability, but additional cleaning charges may apply, and a damage deposit may also be taken.

Are your apartments centrally located? Close to landmarks and museums?
All of our apartments are centrally located, with excellent access to transport links via underground or bus.

Are the pictures of your apartments accurate representations of what we will be renting?
Yes. We take the photos ourselves and have not used any ‘tricks’ with lighting or Photoshop. With our family company RAKOC apartments, what you see is what you get. We believe it is important that you to know exactly what you are renting to avoid any surprises when you walk through the front door.
