BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT POLICY:

Select a property and we will confirm its availability.

For bookings made outside the eight weeks period, we require a 20% Booking Deposit to hold the property. This is non-refundable.

The booking Deposit is 20% of the Rent and is payable only by Credit Card, by Bank Transfer or by Pay-Pal.

The Balance of the Rent can be paid by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card, by Pay-Pal or cash on arrival.

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the web pages, except in the case of infants (under 2 years old) we can supply a cot. Any change or the addition of extra people will automatically and without notice bring the contract to an end.

The Client may not use the properties for any other purpose than of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and his guests unless otherwise agreed upon in. The Client shall not engage in any activity or practice that is or may become a nuisance or annoyance, or that might invalidate any insurance policies effected on the property.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Should you arrive in Belgrade by aeroplane, you can book with us an airport transfer. Driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the property in comfort with the keys. We will arrange to be met by one of our representatives at the property. We cannot guarantee an early let-in unless you book the apartment from the night before, but we will do our utmost to fit in with your arrangements where possible. Alternatively we can organise to meet one of our representatives outside the check in, check-out hours. You will need to contact our office to arrange and confirm this service.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

There must be at least one individual over 20 years of age who will occupy the property during the entire stay or reservation must be signed and authorized by a parent or legal guardian who will share responsibility for all costs, damages, etc.

FURNISHINGS:

Furnishings of the homes are NOT to be moved or rearranged.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTION:

On the rare occasions in which circumstances force A RAKOC apartments to cancel a client’s reservation, the client can choose to book another apartment with similar characteristics among our available offers at the same price.

GUESTS COMPLAINTS:

If the guests have any problem during a stay he must notify A RAKOC apartments and they will provide a solution. Complaints notified only after vacating the property cannot be taken into consideration.

OWNER COMPLAINTS:

In the case of complaints coming from neighbors or inhabitants of the apartment building due to noise or any other antisocial behavior, A RAKOC apartments reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation without refund of monies paid, and the renter will be obligated to vacate the apartment immediately.

PETS:

The Renter is obliged to advise A Rakoc apartments at the time of booking if he is bringing any pets with him and he should communicate numbers and size. Pets are admitted only under request.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival will be free of cost. Cancellations received between 8-15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total accommodation costs. Cancellations received less than 8 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.

Reducing the number of nights after a booking has been confirmed will be treated as a cancellation for the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy.
