General questions

The price of renting an apartment includes a service of cleaning and maintenance of the accommodation space. If it is a long-term stay, the apartment is cleaned once a week. Besides, at the request of guests, there is the possibility of additional cleaning.
All our apartments are supplied with clean towels and sheets. Each apartment provides one set of towels - two for bathing and two for hands.
All Rakoc apartments are equipped with high-speed WIFI / ADSL internet. Internet usage is included in the rental price of the apartment and there are no restrictions on its use.

No, in the Rakoc apartments this is strongly prohibited. All apartments in our offer are intended only for accommodation and such as cannot be used for any other purpose. Guests are obliged to respect the house rules.
This option is not possible. A juvenile may stay in the apartment exclusively with an adult, ie. of his legal representative. In all other situations, minors are not allowed to stay in the apartment independently.

Paying

The price of the apartment you see on the site represents the final price you pay for that accommodation. As such, it does not cover any additional costs charged to the guests of the apartment.
PDV and all other taxes are included in the price of apartment accommodation.
All guests are obliged to pay a deposit of 10% of the established price before arriving at the apartment. Deposit payment is a guarantee of your reservation. After the reservation, you'll be provided with a written confirmation verifying the reservation of your apartment.
Besides the cash payment option, you can also settle your stay in Rakoc apartments with credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress. You can also make a payment by bank transfer or general payment slip.

Reservation

To book one of the apartments in our offer quickly and easily, you need to go through several steps:
  1. Choose the apartment you want and check if it is available
  2. Inquire to leave your personal information that is necessary for booking an apartment
  3. Choose a payment method - cash, card or general money order
  4. Receive an email confirmation of successful apartment booking
On our site, you can see a calendar with dates. All available dates, as well as occupancy dates, are shown for each apartment individually.
You can expect a booking confirmation by email shortly after your booking is complete. A confirmation from Rakoc Apartment will arrive in your e-mail address within ten minutes.
Of course, cancellation is possible. All you need to do is inform us on time about the cancellation of the apartment rental (15 days), and we will refund your amount paid.

Information about Apartments

Each page of the apartment contains data that includes many information, and also the information such as the address. You can also find this answer during the reservation for the desired apartment.
At the exact date, we will meet you in front of the apartment, introduce you to the apartment and hand you the keys to use. From that moment on, the apartment is just yours.
Check-in is possible from 2 pm. However, being aware of the fact that we cannot always control the circumstances around us, we always strive to satisfy our guests. If there are conditions for entering the apartment before the deadline for this - we will gladly do that.
Stay in the apartment is possible until noon. After that, it is necessary to leave the apartment. However, if you happen to enter the apartment much later than the scheduled date, we will do our best to delay your leaving from the apartment and so provide the possibility of a longer stay.
Of course, all you need to do is notify us on time. Give us a call before Checkout to enable you this option.
Of course, you can. We are here 24 hours 7 days a week. If you have any problems during your stay in the apartment - call us. We will do our best to deal with that as soon as possible.
At the request of guests, it is possible to place a baby crib. If necessary, we will equipe apartment with a children's dining chair, and other stuff essential for a stay of the youngest guests. It's only necessary to tell us that information during your reservation.
