It is located on the third floor of the building with an elevator and can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is spread over 60 m2 and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room. In the living room there is a ottoman which is intended for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary for shorter and longer stays. In the bedroom there is a large double bed with a width of 160 cm and from the bedroom and from the living room there is an exit to the terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the park in front. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and modern bathrooms. When it comes to additional content, guests have LCD TVs, air conditioning, WiFI, central heating, as well as clean towels and linens. There is also a parking space in the yard, which is 8 to 9 minutes away from the apartment, and the extra charge is 10 e daily.
